At least, that’s what some people say when they don’t understand the full picture. Artificial intelligence (AI) can be considered a search engine, but it can be modeled in so many different ways. Search Engines are more there to get you the most accurate data based on what you searched, AI uses what you’ve told it to predict your next answer. This is actually significant, because it utilizes every other person in the world that asked the exact same question and analyzes what helped them in the past.
There is a huge privacy risk though, when you think about it, any names, phone number, address, etc that someone puts into that AI chatbot ends up in the same melting pot of global users. The AI doesn’t know right from wrong so it could simply give someone’s phone number away without a second thought. Understanding the use cases of AI could benefit you personally or professionally, but can also be a risk depending what information you or your associates are putting into it.
